MOVIES AND SERIES

Hello everyone, now i'm gonna talk about my favourite movie "Gladiator".

This movie was directed by Ridley Scott in the 2000 and had great actors like Russell Crowe and Joaquin Phoenix.  Also this movie won lots of awards including an oscar for best film and another for best actor (2001)

In my opinion this movie was such a magnificent creation, some say that it is just an action movie, but it's so much more than that, it's a movie about  historic adventures that shows lots of different emotion like pain, remorse, love and loyalty.

The plot of the film is about a general in Rome named Maximus who was looking to return home after the war. But the death of the Emperor Marco Aurelio and the personality of his son, Commodus, would prevent Maximus from returning home to his family

Later, the tyrannical personality of Commodus would lead to a conflict between Maximus and him, in addition a tragedy would lead to Maximus taking revenge against Commodus.

There will be death, revenge but a great feeling of revolution. I love this movie because it's simple, maybe it doesn't have great special effects or a strong argument but the movie has a great soundtrack, good actors and scenes that you will remember forever.

I hope you watch Gladiator, i can assure you that you will not be disappointed.

MY FAVOURITE PIECE OF TECHNOLOGY

Since i live in the country side of my city, in my free time i've always played in the filds surranded by animals and trees, i really enjoy the walks thru this beautiful place that i'm lucky to call my home.

As you can see in my childhood i didn't use much technology.

In fact my first closeness with it was when i got my Play Station 2, and i became addicted to some video games like Crash Nitro Kart, Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi and Pro Evolution Soccer.

And later in my life at the age of fifteen I met my true addiction "the computer", and i discoverd all the things that you can do with it, and i trully liked it because i can search information, study and most importantly play any video games with my friends.

I use the computer a lot , an average 4-5 hours daily but now with the quarantine and the class online, i used it more often, between 7-8 hours daily.

If i didn't have my computer, my life would be very boring because when i play video games i meet lots of new people and i feel less alone and really happy.

But sometimes i wonder...  What would my life have been without my computer? maybe i could have been more sociable in real life, or maybe i would have studied something else.

WHY DID I CHOOSE THIS CAREER?

    I don't usually talk much about me, but in the next words i will talk about my childhood, my dreams and goals, i will also speak about my present, my University career and different things related to this "new world"  in my life.

    In my childhood between the age of four and thirteen, i wanted to be a soccer player, i used to train very often and i was part an amateur club, and i played at my school too. As you can see, soccer was a very important part of my chilhood.

    But then, when i was fourteen i went to high school, and i started to get interested in my University choices and the different careers that i could possibly choose for my future. For example, one of my first options was medicine or civil engineer, but between the age of fourteen and seventeen i started to development a small taste for history and politics, especially for the debates about the national contingency, and International too, and other related topics.

    And later when i was in my senior year of high school i used to get really steess out about my future at the University, because despite i previously thought about that, i didn't really knew for sure what i wanted to study, besides my last year at my school was really hard for me because of my mental health and other issues, so it was really difficult to decide if i was going to take the PSU that year, but i did it anyways and my results were very good, my exam and my score allowed me to get in the University of Chile and to study Political Science, i wasn't expected to liked this much, but now I trully love my carrer.    

    Now In my present, i can say that i'm very happy with my career and i feel truly blessed to be surrounded with all these amazing people that i met here. And in a close future i really hope i can work close to my community in my city, in something related to agriculture or education, so i can apply my knowledge and help people to live in better conditions.

MY AUTOBIOGRAPHY

    Hey everyone, my name is Tomás Pérez, I am 19 years old and I study Politic science in the University of Chile. I was born in Maule, on the 28 of august in 2000 and currently I live here, in my field with mi mom Lucila and mi sister Antonia, when I study, I live in the center of Santiago in an apartment with mi father.

    I prefer don't talk about my elementary or high school, but when i was 3-5 years old, i was study in one garden kinder called "Mi Jardín y Yo", I really miss this age.

    My hobbies is walking in my field, it is really good for my mental health, also I  listen to music, I like chilean rap, some of my favourite rappers are Stailok, Chystemc, Aerstame, Ana Tijoux and of course band like Adickta Sinfonía, Movimiento Original, Mamborap, among others.

    Oh and I almost forgot, my most important hobby is rest and watching a series in Netflix or HBO GO, like Dark, Vikings, Sex Education, The Outsider, among others.
